Abstract
This publication contains the edited and refereed proceedings of the first international conference devoted exclusively to all aspects of visual search processing. The 43 papers are contributed by psychologists, ergonomists, computer scientists, designers and engineers, and fall into five main sections : attention and segmentation; eye movements; computer vision; search modelling; and applied aspects of search, together with a report on the visual search workshop.
