Abstract

An exercise on communications in the frontier regions between the engineering and the behavioral sciences, e.g. psychology. Design of technical products can be differentiated either by concentric levels of human environment (micro, meso and macro levels), or by a hierarchy in functionality (primary and secondary). Knowledge about man-product relations is still in its infancy.
