Most drugs have side-effects, like causing sleep, fatigue or a higher heart rate which can be dangerous in traffic. "Betablocker" lower the heart rate even in stress-situations which can be important for drivers with a high Sympaticus tonus, but that this drug gives rest and relaxation to all stress-drivers will be an illusion.
