Abstract

As investigation was made to determine the effects of various experimental concrete surface finishes on the skid resistance and durability of Portland cement concrete pavement. Test results are reported on the changes in skid resistance under various simulated rainfall conditions on two sets of full-scale experimental test section surfaces constructed on concrete pavements in different parts of Texas.
