Abstract
Road safety measures in the Netherlands are increasingly based on a quantitative analysis of their cost-effectiveness. The effects and costs of roadside objects have been built in a decision model. This decision model can be used when deciding whether or not to place roadside objects, such as street lightning along a particular stretch of road. See also PB 13281 T.
