Abstract
Two solve the problem of standardization, the choice of the criteria needed to determine the standards to be adopted must be based on the two-fold examination of the problem. (1) The study for an optimum commercial efficiency thereby considering a greater efficiency in the management of road transport and analysis of the costs to the community. (2) The study of methods to improve road safety conditions and to protect the environment.
