Abstract

No clear indictment of the high-rise bicycle is determined despite reports from observers that the design seemed to cause more serious injuries and required more skill on the part of the youthful riders. But selecting a bicycle that matches the rider both in size and ability to ride is one of the important steps parents can take to prevent an accident when they want to bug a bicycle for their child.
