Abstract

Pooling of funds makes possible the prosecution of major national projects of a size that would be impossible for most individual companies. Pooling of funds by companies and industry associations also makes possible the continued advancement of a balanced accident prevention program. Best results come when a program of the elements of Education, Enforcement and Engineering is carried forward.
