Abstract

Road Safety Officers in the UK were surveyed in 1997 to update information from a survey in 1985. A 78 per cent response rate was achieved using a postal questionnaire addressed to all Road Safety Officers in the UK. Analysis of the responses showed how road safety education has developed and changed since 1985. (A)
