Abstract

Lots of payments are leading to some kind of annoyance. Especially this is true for tax-like payments, with a focus in this paper on transport. Obviously, the higher the tax the higher the annoyance. Yet, there is another factor influencing the annoyance: the way payment is met. Generally speaking, the more often one has to pay the more the annoyance. Attention is also paid to road pricing.
