(A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: 75 multiple traffic offenders were asked for the causes of respective reasons for their offences. These data were correlated with personal data. Findings show that one third of the offences were not seen as actual fault of the offender, another third is declared as irrelevant and the last third of offences were committed purposely with the offender following his own rules. The author concludes that resistance to law enforcement activities and obstinacy of multiple traffic offenders (Schade, 2005) could be explained against the background of these findings.
