Abstract

The handbook is aimed at helping to reduce bicycle accidents by encouraging the more than 750.000 bicycle drivers in the state of Wisconsin to drive safely, and in this respect one of the greatest needs today is the recognition of bicycles. as vehicles and bicyclists as vehicle drivers. The handbook is prepared to provide information to bicycle drivers of all ages and to potential bicycle drivers and their parents.
