Abstract
The "Oude Westen", a district in Rotterdam has to be renovated. The most important problem is to get the parked cars off the streets. According to the plans 1600 cars will remain on the streets, 900 in garages, partly under-neath green inner courts. The financing of the garages gives practical problems.
