Abstract
A community relations program was started in New Jersey to bring about an understanding of the construction projects with local officials and the affected residents and businesses. Pre-view meetings were held immediately after a contract is advertised. A public information center in set up and a businessmen's information center is organized. A Coordinating committee should be organized to represent an inform all affected parties to construction work.
