Abstract

The Yamaha Learn to Ride Safety Program will be conducted in 120 major cities throughout the United States in 1973. This program is the partial solution to industry figures which indicate that approximately 60% of motorcycle accidents and fatalities occur among operators with less than six weeks experience. The program was designed to instruct non and/ or new motorcycle operators on the fundamental techniques and procedures for safe riding.
