Abstract
This guide was developed to support and expand efforts nationwide by public and private partners to address the issiue of impaired driving. It discusses the key elements of a comprehensive impaired driving program. The guide is divided into seven sections: public education, individual responsibility, the healthcare community, businesses and employers, legislation, enforcement and adjudication and technology.
