Abstract
Proceedings of an international symposium held November 2-5, 1983 in Canada, on the behaviour of young drivers and to reduce young driver accidents are presented. Lectures were given on: Magnitude, characteristics and correlates of the problem; Regularity approaches and merit system.; Driver education and training; Social and behavioural approaches; Strategies for the short-term and the long-term.
