Abstract
The physical qualifications of young people to circulate in traffic are perhaps the best of all groups. They have good hearing, good vision, quick reflexes and good power of observation. Yet, young people are prone to accidents. Young people are a risk group in traffic whose probability to get involved in an accident is greater than on average.
