Abstract
To get to the ultimate destination of a journey, without colliding with any obstacle on the way, it is not enough to see all things which can be important, but to be seen is also important. Vehicle lighting, public lighting, carriageway marking, road reflectors, vehicle reflectors, signs and signals are all components for a safe traffic. Demand and supply of visual information are needed for the decision process of the road user.
