Abstract
The quality of public transport in regional rural areas is also a subject for improvement in the Netherlands. The South- West- Netherlands bus company has a central steering- process system from which to all three hundred buses of the company information is given about traffic congestions, delays etc. The bus driver can also give information so that connecting transport can wait for the passengers that have to change transport modes.
