Abstract
A report is given on new experience and results when determining increased concentration of alcohol in blood among road users and unconscious patients. Under favourable conditions the Pluralcol-Sonde permitted a sure, quick and economic determination of B.A.C. over 0.1 promille, and a simultaneous differentiation of the values up to 0.8 promille.
