Abstract
Particular problems for an empirical and practical satis-fying definition of spot locations and behavioural aspectsare discussed. It is important in the calculation of riskto know the relationship of the person concerned with therisk; thisis deprjved mostly from the perception, an inter-rogation can change the situation totally. The tests fortraffic restraint are positively evalnated.
