Samenvatting
The National Exploration of Traffic Safety 1990-2010 "Towards a `sustainably safe' road traffic" in The Netherlands is presented as a working out of the first step towards such a National Exploration published in 1991. The term `sustainably safe' is considered as a new idea about dealing with the lack of traffic safety in the coming decades. In the different chapters of the report, attention is paid to a `sustainably safe' road system and different aspects related to this. See also 7112.
