Samenvatting
The aim of this study is to make statements about the alcohol use among drivers in the period 1990-1991, especially in the province of Utrecht. For this purpose the behavioural effects of the alcohol campaign in this province have been investigated. The method of investigation consisted of a before measurement in the fall of 1990 conducted before the start of this alcohol campaign, and a after measurement that took place in the beginning of March 1991. The results are presented of two similar investigations carried out in Amsterdam and in the province of North-Brabant in the same period as the investigation took place in the province of Utrecht. A comparison is made of the data of the three investigations.
