Samenvatting
On the 10th of November 1982 the Institute for Traffic Science of the University of Karlsruhe, Germany held a scientific seminar on the occasion of her 20th anniversary. Mr. Wiedemann from the Institute held an address in which he highlighted two fields where the Institute did research. Individual traffic and short-distance public transport Mr. Allsop from University College London held an address on traffic flow, Mr. Pfundt from HUK-Verband, Cologne on road traffic safety and Mr. Girnau of the Society of Public Transport, Cologne on research and development in short-distance public transport. The four addresses fill some 125 pages and include many-graphs and figures.
