The Motor Vehicle Occupant Safety Survey is a national telephone survey on occupant protection issues conducted every 2 - 3 years. It is composed of two questionnaires, each administered to a randomly selected sample of about 6,000 persons age 16 and older. This series of volumes presents results from the 2003 survey. Volume 1 presents the survey methodology and the questionnaires. (Author/publisher)
