Samenvatting
A working group was installed to develop a manual for a systematic approach to the detection, the analysis and the attack of traffic accident concentrations or accident black spots. On the basis of methods already used and obtained experiences by road administrators in the Netherlands and foreign countries, a manual was composed. The resulting measures of this manual are an effective mean in fighting the insecurity in traffic.
