Accident statistics show that young drivers have a relatively high risk to get involved in a traffic accident during the first years after getting their driving licence. A refresher course offered to recently qualified drivers is proposed. The effects of such a course are evaluated a qualitative description of the given courses and the methods of instruction for a better preparation on the driving task are presented and discussed.
