Accident statistics show that young drivers have a relati- vely high risk of having an accident in their first years after obtaining their driving licence. An activity program- me was therefore set up to give special attention to this specific group of car drivers. During 1989 different initia- tives were introduced to offer recently qualified young drivers a refresher- course. In B 29450 the process evalua- tion was discussed. This report gives a product- evaluation.
