Samenvatting
Results are presented of a test by which traffic signals were switched off between 23.00 and 5.00 hour. Studied were the effects of this switch off on accident rate, energy costs, sound pollution, fuel consumption and journey time. Besides the attitudes of the population to such switch off is studied.
