Samenvatting
On the Colloquium the advantages and disadvantages of the energy conservation obtained by seviteting of the traffic signals or the street lighting during those hours when almost no traffic is on the roads were discussed. Specifications were given for traffic safety, traffic flow and traffic engineering.
