Samenvatting
A summary sketch is presented of the paper, Access and Land Development, which attempts to show some general and computable relationships among travel, land development, and the time and cost characteristics of transportation. The purpose of the project was to develop a computer program capable of performing the calculations proposed. The computer program developed is a prototype.
