A study of motorcycle handling qualities is described involving both transient and steady-state directional stability as well as the control properties, after which the development of test procedures for the evaluation of these properties are discussed. This study is covered in two documents, a technical report as presented in this volume and a separate set of appendices. See PB- 12454.
