Samenvatting
The black- spot investigation techniques developed in the industrialized countries are attractive to the Third World because they offer accident savings at low cost. This paper describes progress to date on the development of a system created specifically for developing countries, incorporating a simple police accident reporting booklet and a suite of microcomputer- based programs for the storage and interrogation of the data so collected.
