Samenvatting
This study is a sequel to the car safety studies performed by the Road and Transport Laboratory of the University of Oulu since the early 1990's. The aim of this study was to update the previous study in 1997 "Car safety, aggressivity and accident involvement rates by car model 1997" (see ST 980409) with new accident data and new car models. A particular interest was fastened on to the safety improvements of car models as a function of a year of registration. (A)
