Samenvatting
This final report has involved a complete review of the existing accident records system and has resulted in recommendations which will probably have a significant impact on highway safety in Maine. In short, these recommendations call for modernization of several system elements which will make these records a far more powerful accident reduction tool for the Highway Commission and for the State agencies having program responsibilities in the human and automotive factors.
