Samenvatting
During the last three /four decades the number of offences to the law and the traffic regulations has increased significantly caused by loss of morals. For the police and court it is almost impossible to get through the cases as prescribed by the law. A conference was held in which proposals are discussed to simplify the settlement of transactions by the police without possible arbitrariness. Therefore a modification in the law is necessary.
