Advice on the future projection of transport, water control and public works, submitted to the Minister of National Housing and Physical Planning and the Minister of Transport and Waterstaat.

Critical remarks are given on TP 2000 in particular to passenger transport with respect to traffic and transport. Principal shortcomings with respect to traffic and transport are insufficient recognition of the deeper lying motive behind the development observed so that the analysis keeps too much to the outer edge fo the development and disharmonies between objectives are neglected.
