Samenvatting
Under some conditions the current legal speed limit of 100 km/h on motorways can be reconsidered. According to measurements during 1980 65% of all drivers exceed this limit. The exceeding is not wanted according to the negative effects on other traffic regulations. Therefore a choice must be made. The legal limit must be enforced or raised. A speed limit of 120 km/h is suggested.
