Samenvatting
Using the available knowledge, this article tries to answer existing questions about possible negative effects of air bags in passenger cars. Attention is mainly paid to the application of air bags to children. An infant in a rear-facing infant seat on the front seat is an example of a special case in which there is a negative air bag effect.
