Samenvatting
On most of the Dutch non motorways outside built-up areas exists no adequate alarm system. By the un- familiarity with the location and the present possibilities for help the time for alarm can increase unacceptably. In the literature is shown how important the first hour after the accident can be for survival. A pilot study is suggested for the research into a decision- model for alarm systems.
