Samenvatting
This conference contains papers on: (a) the effects of drugs or alcohol upon driving aptitude, including the standardization of test methods to measure these; and (b) the accuracy of blood alcohol content or breath tests. Methods used to prevent people from drinking and driving, and statistics of injuries and/or fatalities caused by either drink or by drugs are also discussed.
