Samenvatting
The Dutch legislation has not yet arrived at a maximum punishable limit in regain to the alcohol content in the blood for drivers. This article reviews the discussion between Prof. Dr. W. Froentjes and Prof. Dr. W. Wiersma on the pros and cons of such a limit. It appears in his blood is already a risk in traffic. The only scientifically acceptable limit would be O.O. promille. However, Dr. Wiersma has some judicial objections to this because it is impossible for the consumer of alcohol content in his blood is lower than 0.5 promille.
