Samenvatting
The working group on Alcohol and Traffic presents and discusses a number of measures to decrease the driving under the influence of alcohol. Proposed measures are in the field of policy, effectiveness, jurisdiction, publicity, enforcement. The use of the breathalyzer instead of the blood test is considered.
