Samenvatting
The European Community has made specifications for the assembling of vehicle lighting. Two problems, however, are not solved namely the mandatory or facultative use of a vehicle light when driving backwards and a vehicle light on the rear-side in case of fog. The author states that the latter must be a double one. Furthermore the running lights are considered just as the limitation of the headlights of a car. The maximum can not exceed 225.000 candela.
