Samenvatting
In the Netherlands thousands of drivers are convicted each year for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Despite the penalties many people persevere in this habit. The general penalties do not work always. As an alternative an education project is developed to give the offenders information on the role of alcohol in traffic. The set-up of such an education project is described.
