A survey is done into the use of alcohol by the Dutch working population. From the total working population almost 2 million use sometimes alcohol at their work. A relative high- use is found in the sectors of hotels, restaurants and café's, in the construction sector, industry sector and transport sector. The supposition that doctors, sales men, working in the chemical sector and painters should use much alcohol at work, is not true.
