Samenvatting
Allocattion of capital funds for construction of highways under the tri-state regions interim plan for expressways are advocated. It is suggested that the portion of freeway investment funds that should be allocated to each subregional area, and benefits in terms of accidents, travel time, and vehicle-miles of travel are measured.
