Alternative economic evaluation techniques for minor roading projects. Volume IV.

The results of a study to determine the extent to which economic evaluation of any sort is used for evaluating minor works projects and to determine what other evaluation methods are currently used. A revised method of evaluation developed to take into account significant factors highlighted in the study, is presented.
