Samenvatting
A project was undertaken to develop design and performance criteria for ambulances. Five areas of concern were 1) a comprehensive system description; 2) operational hardware and equipment; 3) vehicle standards; 4) communication equipment and 5) environmental equipment. Findings of these studies and their possible solutions with specific standards are given.
